God sweet Jesus I wish it was as easy as television
Andy Griffith, worn out at thirty
his thorniest problem

the deputy might goddamn well use that one bullet
when he finally gets around to eating his gun

the office of Mayberry Sheriff
dreamed up by some committeeman
stood up in council saying
  I disapprove of the lawless

Damn but he was smug, set Barney to digging into that pocket
prove he was worth his salary. This show is nothing

if not depressing. Guess I’ll wait until four
when I’ll flip the channel
check on Beaver Cleaver once again.
